Its a nice hotel to stay at for your valuable time, my wife is also a GM of a major hotel here in Los Angeles, nothing so bad as to write a bad review. some of these nit picking reviews are too much. I seen a couple of negative reviews, nothing to really complain about from my side, yes maybe something minor but not a game changer, I've stayed at Wynn in Las Vegas before during peak season $3,000.00 for 3 nights! and they even had a few minor issues. We stayed there years ago but this time around we had a chance to visit the local restaurants which were many and a safe walking distance two blocks from Hotel, great dinner! I believe its called "El Mexicano Restaurante y Mezcalería", my wife ended up singing with the Trio live after a few drinks.Lol. We also liked the café which had a good selection of food and the server Guillermo was more than attentive and welcoming. Stayed at Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel this last weekend, Great Hotel! My wife and I visited "Our Lady of Guadalupe Shrine" and glad we chose the Hotel only 35 minutes from Shrine, the staff was friendly and rooms were very clean, room service was prompt and after we got back rom our day out the rooms were always clean ready waiting.
